Our Team

Andrew Peters

Andy started his property career in 1999 working part time at CB Richard Ellis in the industrial division. By 2003 he had established himself as one of the leading industrial agents in the company and was a recipient of the Bill Chillingworth Circle Of Excellence award for best overall performance by an agent in the Australia and New Zealand region. 

Specialising in the sale and management of strata unit projects, Andy left CB Richard Ellis to pursue this path and established project pq in 2005 later rebranding to Managed Property and has personally been involved in the sale of approximately 950 strata properties during his career thus far.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Queensland in Real Estate and Development and is a fully licensed real estate agent. 

Iain Wood

Iain Wood commenced his Real Estate career in 2008 with Project pq, focusing on Industrial and Commercial sales and leasing. After selling big sheds, little sheds and concluding leasing transaction with multi-national companies such as Thrifty and Kia Motors, Iain went on to complete the REIQ's Full Real Estate License. 

Iain Wood and Andy Peters established the boutique, residential agency, Managed Property in 2011, with Iain acting as Licensee and coordinating the Property Management department whilst continuing his involvement in sales and leasing of both residential and commercial/industrial properties. 

Prior to 2008, Iain Wood completed undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in Applied Science, and now hones his passion for property and property developments with a methodical approach. Iain is a fully licenced real estate agent. 

Matt Shackel

Matt Shackel started his property career in 2006 at Raine & Horne Arana Hills where he worked for a number of years in the residential property management division.  While he was working at Raine & Horne, he completed his Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) at QUT. After successfully completing his studies, he went on to work for one of the world’s leading shopping centre companies where he spent a number of years working with the Centre Management department in a variety of centres on the North and South side of Brisbane.
